A juried exhibition presented by CHARLES KRAUSE/REPORTING FINE ART  &  Millennium Arts Salon 
Millennium Arts Salon (MAS) is Washington’s leading African American arts organization, dedicated to discovering and promoting African American artists in the Nation’s Capital; providing opportunities to expand cultural literacy for its African American, Hispanic and white members; and serving as a bridge between Washington’s finest museums, including The National Gallery of Art and the Phillips Collection, and minority artists and arts organizations in the tri - state Washington, DC metropolitan area.
 
Founded by Juanita and Mel Hardy in 2000, MAS has grown in membership and importance over the past 15 years, quietly but effectively increasing awareness and cooperation between its various constituencies.
 
Among its many other activities, MAS has partnered with CHARLES KRAUSE/ REPORTING FINE ART since 2013, when it provided the first of three juries to judge work submitted to the gallery’s three Open Call exhibits, The Newtown Project: A Call to Arms!, The Newtown Project:ART Targets> Guns and LINES DRAWN: America’s Artists Look Beyond the Politics of Red and Blue.
